The dishes are prepared by our cooks, whose mastery combines dedication, sensitivity and respect for fresh produce, shaping menus conceived in every detail and paired with the estate’s renowned wines. The property’s vegetable garden, covering around 4,000 m², provides many of the seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs and fruits that enrich our cuisine.
In Quinta do Crasto’s wine and gastronomy programmes, we offer a singular experience, with a buffet-style meal served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The offering includes a carefully selected range of starters, a traditional-inspired main course and a final selection of Portuguese desserts and cheeses.
