1 - General Terms and Conditions
1.1. Making a reservation implies the client fully consents with the terms and conditions of Quinta do Crasto’s Reservation Policy.
1.2. The Reservation Policy applies to all reservations, barring any other explicit written agreement between the client and Quinta do Crasto.
2 - Reservation guarantee (Reservation made by phone or email)
2.1. Within forty-eight hours of confirmation of any Quinta do Crasto reservation, 50% (fiy percent) of the total invoice must be paid.
2.2. Said payment shall be made by bank transfer to an account number furnished by Quinta do Crasto.
2.3. Quinta do Crasto shall guarantee the client’s reservation during the above-mentioned 48 (forty-eight) hour period.
2.4. In the event that the forementioned downpayment (point 2.1) is not received, the reservation will automatically be canceled.
3 - Cancelation
3.1. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to enoturismo@quintadocrasto.pt
3.2. In the event of a cancellation:
i. Up to 48 hours prior to the event, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
ii. Fewer than 48 hours prior to the event or in case of no-show, no refund will be made.
4 - Menu and guest number
4.1. The guest count must be confirmed by the client up to ten (10) days prior to the event, and this number will determine Quinta do Crasto’s preparations.
4.2. If the number of guests is greater than that previously confirmed, the event will be subject to Quinta do Crasto availability. If the event is carried out, the billing shall be adjusted accordingly.
4.3. The menu and wine list must be the same for all guests. This information must be comfirmed to Quinta do Crasto up to ten (10) days prior to the event.
4.4. For events for more than 50 (fiy) guest, menu and wine selection must be m communicated to Quinta do Crasto up to 30 (thirty) days in advance.
5 - Event duration
5.1. All guests must arrive fieen minutes before scheduled service. Clients arriving aer the scheduled time frame are not guaranteed to receive the full range of service, namely the guided tour. Nevertheless, Quinta do Crasto reserves the right to invoice the client for the full agreed-upon amount.
5.2. Events last a maximum three (3) hours. Aer this period, the client will be charged an hourly rate of €350.00 (three hundred and fiy euros).
6 - Table assignment
Tables will be assigned in accordance with the number of seats, available layout, and reservation order.
7 - Allergies
Any allergies, intolerances, or food restrictions must be communicated to Quinta do Crasto in a timely manner. Quinta do Crasto is happy to inform the client about the composition of the dishes to be served.
8 - Availability, sale, and consumption of alcoholic beverages
Under the terms of the law, no alcoholic beverages will be served to minors, to those who show signs of drunkenness, or to anyone appearing to have any psychological impairment.
9 - Payment (Reservation made by phone or email)
9.1. The reservation down payment mentioned in point 2.1 may be made by bank transfer or credit card.
9.2. The remainder of the bill shall settled on the event date in cash or by debit card.
9.3. Quinta do Crasto must be informed upon the act of reservation if the client wishes to include their fiscal number on the invoice. Otherwise, the invoice will be issued to the final consumer.
9.4. The amount to be charged by Quinta do Crasto includes:
i. The selected menu and wine list — starters, main course (selected in advance from a potential menu) and dessert selection; and
ii. includes VAT at the legal rate in force.
10 - Entry and exit of food and beverages
In compliance with the Quality Policy and Standards in force, no food may enter or leave the Quinta do Crasto venue, with a potential exception for special celebration cakes, whose transport and subsequent consumption will be the sole responsibility of the client).
11 - Damages
Quinta do Crasto is not responsible for any belongings or valuables that are not properly registered upon check in.
